Just got a few questions currently trying to cut down from 207(was 213). short term goal is to cut down to 190 take a break carb up and repeat, to 180 and then eventually getting down to the 170's(crazy to think i haven't been 170lbs in years.)
what am i doing:
-For work out I'm doing ICF 5x5 3x's a week full workout not the cutting set numbers yet
-Keto Diet I'm going with Lyle McDonalds RFL more or less since its given me the best results before.
Supps:
- multi vitamin animal
- omega 3 oil caps.
- ECA stack. gets me sweating
- Creatine
- Exotherm
- alpha max xt 1 month
- pre workout
overall its been pretty good so far, what do you guys think am i missing anything here or any suggestions on adding something?!
I've been thinking about trying out the new testify pro has anyone here tried it?
also while taking the alphamax xt i had some acne towards the last week lol. did notice a bit of soreness of my shoulder joints half way through the month why is that?
