Cutting for the pool. =)

I have about a month or two to lose as much body fat as possible. Can somebody suggest a diet for me? I can eat at 6:20-6:30 then I have school; Lunch at 11:15-11:45 then I get home at 3 and can/will eat untill 8. You can suggest anything and I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
 
I want a personal diet that will work for me, not a diet made for somebody else. I've done searches belive me.

mason, your best bet for the best results would be to get a plan from bobo
 
Damn, Rage don't do that anymore it made me dizzy. Mason, You need 5-7 meals a day, clean food, no junk. Become a squirrel when it comes to eating. Keep good food with you at all times. Check out Diet or Recipes. Cutting for the pool? Eat clean and go swim. That'll cut you up for the pool.
