Cutting after injury and major fat gain. HELP!!!!!

I have always been thin and kept a pretty low bf%but i had surgery for medial epicondylitis and terrible knees. needless to say gain a lot of fat sitting on my ass. i say im at about 25%. I need assistance in putting together a routine for cutting. Diet exercises frequency ect. can some one please save me? i've never had to worry about losing fat until now. it all finally caught up.
 
A lot of it will have to do with diet and what your eatting. Then up your cardio shorten rest periods etc. Look up some cut programs and get your diet right and then maybe throw in a fat burner and i would say your on your way.
 
A good fat loss program and throttle would get some results. Throttle is a pretty nice cutting agent. Its over at Invalid Link Removed if you want to take a look at it.
