So I am doing macros and usually after I get home from work I will crave bad foods such as chips or late night Gatorade or cookies. Some nights this doesn’t happen. Normally I will have 115protein and 15-20f and 60-80carbs which I weigh 208. I try and hit 215 protein. 225carbs and 80fats. This does well for me. If I eat a sugary protein bar does this cause cravings. Like I said sometimes it does and sometimes I don’t crave as much? What are your thoughts? I was supplementing dhea for trt since it was low and maybe dhea was causing hunger ? Thoughts ?
