I can buy a product gel with 1-test and 4-ad in it. Will I get gyno from this? Will it ruin my hair?
 
It depends on your susceptibility. You can't change genetics unfortunately. If your still a teenager/young disturbing hormonal level can cause gyno.
 
Those are both possible side effects from taking 1test or 4ad. If you are prone to them, then you can get them unless you take ancillaries to control/prevent them. I am not prone to either, but I think I'm lucky in that regard.

It sounds like you have a whole lot more research to do. You decide for yourself, nobody is going to tell you what to do.
