Unanswered Could AAS use cause recurring a recurring hematoma?

So basically, I had chin surgery back in March and developed a hematoma shortly after (the area of my neck under my chin was swollen pretty much from day 1 of the surgery). The lump under my neck looked the same (maybe a bit bigger), and I started a DHB + Anavar cycle about 3 weeks later. The lump eventually formed a small "bubble" off to the side of my chin, and my surgeon decided to drain it. This is when he actually discovered it was a hematoma. However, the area under my chin was still hard and lumpy, even though he was able to suction out the bubble that had formed.

I took about a week off from injecting DHB and taking Anavar and resumed taking both yesterday, but the area underneath my chin still has the hard lump, which I have been told is clotted blood that eventually liquifies. My question is, could AAS use be contributing to what appears to be a recurring hematoma? Could the DHB + Anavar actually be preventing the vessels in my neck from healing and causing them to continue to bleed?

I searched all over Google but didn't really find much linking AAS use to hematomas (aside from those of the liver in guys who take lots of oral AAS). @Old Witch would you happen to know anything about this?

Thanks
