I have not. Maybe some omegas and joint supplement would aid in helping it.

I would find a good joint supplement with sam-e and a good omega complex.

Honestly I’d look at so many other things before just looking into supplements for a situation like this. Going to need to hammer out some imbalances and fix some things up.

Sounds like your not incorporating or not incorporating the correct accessory exercises. It all about excercise selection and making sure to do rehab preventitive maintenance exercises every workout. You cannot get that in a pill.

Inflammation, some arthritis, nitrogen buildup. I have the clicks too. I don't think they will ever go away.

In the shoulder you should look at internal and external rotation in a neutral and abducted to 90° position to see if one of those causes something to click or pop. If so then you have to figure out where it is and if it’s painful etc. could just be a muscle or tendon slipping over a bone. Also look at AC joint mobilization, and how well your SC joint moves.

Back is more complicated because it could be scapular related, spine related, clavicle related etc.

Also look at your posture for rounded shoulders etc
