Got to carb up today and I'm feeling delightful right now... thank God for these days. Anyway, just wanted to post my favorite carb up snack: 4 multigrain waffles with 1 tbsp of organic peanutbutter smeared on each then drizzled with a little bit of honey, and 1 cup cottage cheese (nonfat) on the side. Works out to be like 75g of carbs, 32g of healthy fat, and 50g of protein. Damn, that is a treat!!
