Can switching brands of Protein make a signficant difference to your physique?

So basically what you are telling me is no need to change from PEScience. Only reason I would change is for a flavor that they don't carry. I love their Cookies and Cream and Snickerdoodle.

Their cnc is top notch. I'd recommend trying iforce if you haven't though. I love my select, but iforce blueberry muffin is probably the best flavor I've had (XF cinnamon roll probably ties it). Red velvet cake is phenomenal, and their strawberry is the best I've ever had. Will be trying chocolate covered pretzel and bsmoc soon as well.

Still have yet to see anyone notice a change in physique from so called inferior brands and top brands regarding protein.

Yup. 99% of "us" can probably improve even with 1.6g/Kg or even a little less - but try convincing a Bro of that :D IIRC, the highest Helms and Aragon went for (drugged?) physique competitors was 2.4g/Kg LOL. You would have to have an almost pure Glycine spiked powder to not make gains IMO :)

**NOTE** This doesn't mean I wouldn't like to cut the nuts off any "spikers" - they're stealing our money at the prices they're charging. You want to spike? Then your stuff better be $2.50/Lb.

OP: The reason you would switch, unless you are rich, would be to find the best quality for the lowest price - to make your fitness dollars go further. PES Select at Insider pricing is a definite buy going by that metric.

I agree, cheating supplement companies should be addressed. Don't get me wrong I want to get what I am paying for/advertised and have the most respect for the pes,usp labs, and whoever else gives what they advertise. But unfortunately I physically do not notice a difference from crap and quality protein.

Neither did Arnold, Lou, or Franco :D (They just had Egg Powder back then, right?) :D

I noticed a HUGE difference when I switched from cheap EAS whey concentrate to PES select. The difference was I could actually digest it and didn't spend as much time on the toilet after shakes
