Can I take 4-AD by itself?

Buddy of mine has some 4-AD tabs he's looking to unload. Im 30 years old and have been lifting for 10 years. I've never done any ph of any kind....but I'm thinking of trying this since he's basically giving them to me. Question is can I take it as a stand alone....I believe that's what he does...or should I stack it with something?

You can, but it's better used as a stack and in transdermal form. If you take it orally, then you will need ~1g/day.
