what purpose does a bridge have ? , my thought is to stay on cycle basically while the muscles take a break, before you start gaining again.is this correct ? i dont know
I thnk that's the gist of it since you definitly won't recover normal hormone production on a bridge. I think it's done just to give a persons body a "break" from super phys. levels of androgens on an overly extended cycle.
well how would a body respond to..for example:you run a cycle[12wk's] and follow swales protocal, then you do a bridgefor lets say 6 wks then continue with another cycle[12wk's].....and you take hcg 3x's wkly the whole way.,would you still be able to recover quicker when your all finished[because the boys are there] or is all that hcg a waste ?
just my .02 cents, but i wouldn't bother with bridge cycles. your body is smart enough to know your messing with hormone levels. there is a post somewhere on this forum about a dbol bridge and the theory behind it. it was pretty much debunked on the spot. IMHO i wouldn't wanna be shut down 30 months in a row as your cycle suggested above. might make the recovery rough to say the least.
Bridging is basically just running a 'light' cycle in between two full cycles...the problem is it does not allow your body to recover and balance itself out. If you want to bridge with something try IGF-1 like Beelzebub suggested or run some GH...there are a few different options out there that won't srcew with you long term health.
