blemishes!!!

on my 10th week of test cyp and I really notice today that I have some pretty bad blemishes on my face and pimples on my shouders... I been dine with my cycle this week, but what can I do to combat these blemishes..
should I already get on nolvadex?
messing up my pretty face ;-)..

Just use a good antiseptic and acne cream and keep your face clean is all that I can suggest without going the prescription route. B5 has some good anti-inflammatory characteristics that help fight breakouts if you want to look into that.
