Bigger, stronger, faster and better!

So it's been a long time since I've been on here. What have I missed? lol

Reason I've not been on is a few injuries, starting my business which has taken up 100% of my time even some gym time!!!! But I'm back on it and back in the gym more.

Only thing is at the moment I can do weights as physio reckons I've torn tendons in my left shoulder :( so it's back to cardio and core exercises at the moment, plus it will help me shed some blubba! But the plan is to get train 4 times a week, eat cleaner, get leaner and most of all stronger! :D
