Best Stack combo???

I want to stack two designers into one cycle. I'd like to put on as much bulk as possible while slightly decreasing my bodyfat. I'd like to find something effective, but also easy to get my hands on. Also, what's the best PCT for oral designers. When people say Nolva do they mean nolvadex XT?
