I agree that the ingredient in invictus (which I'm using right now but a different brand) is prob the best cortisol supp ive ever used.... Good for immune system too!

I’ve used reduce xt before but planned to try invictus after my current cycle.......have you used reduce xt before? Just wondering how you feel they compare?

I'd recommend reduce xt by sns as mentioned above. Definitely a top cortisol control supp on the market.

Lean extreme has amazing reviews. I haven't tried reduce xt though. I think certain foods /vitamins with a cortisol controller is a good way to go
