Best Multivitamin & Fish Oil in 2017?

Anavite has beta alanine in it so that’s probably a better option for people that are into Crossfit type stuff. I’m on OT tho at the moment and love it. Never taken Anavite, but I uses to take Opti Men and Animal Pak.

Orange Triad has a Joint Formula in it but IMO Anavite has a little better daily values. They are both great and you wont go wrong with either one.
