best AI/on cycle support for LGD?

Don't use an aromatize inhibitor unless you experience estrogen symptoms; and if you do need to use one, you should always start at a low dose and slowly work it up as necessary to avoid completely crashing your estrogen. Most people on here prefer to keep exemestane on hand in case of emergencies. Do some looking around and try to source some legit ugl or pharma grade exemestane.
 
Also, what are your plans for pct? As far as on cycle support for overall health, cel cycle assist has plenty of ingredients that are all dosed fairly well and it should definitely suffice for your cycle.
 
I've got nolva, but I had bloodwork done and my estradiol is bit too high already so I'm pretty sure that lgd will rise it even more
