So I’m noticing during my workouts and especially during standing sets even like dumbbell curls my lower back gets so tight and has so much pressure it feels like it’s gonna burst! Is this normal? Should I supplement anything for relief?
I've never heard of getting back pumps from TRT.
I mean it might not even be the TRT, could be related to something else but holy shiiiiiiiiit man. It was so bad during deadlifts a few minutes ago I almost threw up from the pain. I’m having a hard time doing ab work because it’s so pumped now.
That's rough.
What other performance enhancers/anabolic agents are you taking?
Just from your description, it could possibly be a back injury unrelated to what you're taking.
Just 200mg of cyp man! That’s what’s so frustrating. I’m gonna be doing cyp and prop here soon and I have some Msten and lgd I was thinking about throwing one of those in but idk now. It’s not an injury, I am not in pain doing anything else but when I start getting my blood flowing it’s crazy. Also my T has been bottomed out for lord knows how long so maybe this is just something I’m not used to? I got it pretty bad on Osta before TRT but I’m 99% sure what I got wasn’t Osta.
Also, do a google search for TRT back pumps. Some guys have (srprisingly to me) reported it.
The normal recommendations for "back pumps" are more water, taurine, and (sometimes) potassium.
How's your BP? RBC? Hematocrit?
How long have you been on TRT? That's the top of the spectrum for dose weekly usually.
The LGD would give you insane back pumps for sure.
If your blood pressure is up.
- Taurine
- Olive Leaf Extract
- Citruline
- Folic Acid
- Magnesium
- COQ10
Try a few of these.
