Im going to take you up on your word. Whats the best way, email you, call you, or just send unopened products back(with tracking number ofcourse) and how long for a refund to be sent??

i have already posted that if anyone wishes to return HMAX or PMAX I will issue a refund for any unopened bottles.

We have moved in a different direction and no longer have nor continue to sell these types of products.

yes I received it, and to answer the previous question they were not sugar pills bro nor did I make out like a bandit.

do not place your faith in message boards when it comes to feedback because even after I posted about refunds and about contacting me with any issues , I have had a total of 2 emails from individuals and ZERO phone calls.

Like I have mentioned before, the feedback from brick and mortar stores has been excellent and I have not had any complaints. Take it for what its worth. I have no problems taking back product because there are many stores who want the products .

Have I addressed this issue enough? I hope so.
