B-12

Reputable company for IM B-12 shots. If anyone has any info let me know

Within the past year, I've gotten 2 B-12 shots from my Dr. (On request). He said my levels didn't really necessitate it, so my Insurance wouldn't pay for them, but he had no problem giving them to me.
Honestly, for me at the time(s), the perceived effects were negligible.
Had there been a decent perceived effect, I probably would have ordered some and done my own.

I may know of a decent spot, but I'll have to think about it....

You know what.... I'm going to take this opportunity to get a little rant in .....

YEARS ago, there was an over the counter B-12 product, called "Ener-B". It was a package of approximately 12 individual tubes, you would snip the end off, and apply the gel to your nasal membrane.
And ..... Honestly.... This was BY FAR the most effective B-12 product (energy -wise) that I've Ever used (Including B-12 Shots!!!).

So, of course .... The FDA pulled it from the market.

Ugh .... Of Course!

:-(

What were your b12 levels at that time?

I'm not sure. He probably told me. If not, he always makes that kind of information available to me.
But I'm pretty sure he phrased it as: "They're on the low side, but not low enough for Insurance to cover
Treatment".
But they were low enough for him to recommend me supplementing with OTC oral or sublingual B-12.
