Hey all,

Just wondering if you know or recommend any supplements that benefit?

I'm interested in anything else that helps you're breathing, weather it's breathing techniques or ???

I'm on an inhaler, but anything that helps generally. I also have throat issues with my vocal chords. They close up, blocking airways and yes I've seen specialist but always looking for extra.

Thanks

That can't be fun. I don't have personal experience with this or possible interventions that can help, but I'll list some potential ingredients you could look at/try.

Forskolin: Seems pretty effective for this and you only need 10mg dosage, so not as much as people tend to use for fat loss, etc. Theoretically other things that boost cAMP may be of use as well.

Boswellia: Some potential here as well.

Pine Bark: 100mg of Pycnogenol in the study, but any high proanthocyanidins content pine bark should be fine.

Maybe take a look at Nutrabio Lungs? It contains a couple of those plus other things that may be of use in your situation.

Beta agonists increase bronchodilation and relieve symptoms of asthma. In acute settings things like that may be helpful (Higenamine as well).
