I am getting ready to start the Asteroid stack and was looking for reccomendations on dosing or if I should just dose as it says on the bottle and prime at the 69 protocall.
Also, I did a search and saw that it is also OK to add in OEP?
From a diet standpoint I am trying to cut and saw that some people also mentioned the OEP diet plan that came with it, I didn't get that is it available?
