Hi Everyone,
About 20 years ago, the Freespotter by Shermworks was great for a home gym.
It allowed a person to train. The rope and lock system worked like a Smith Machine, but full range of motion. A person simply let go of the control rods when they finished, and the rope hung the bar in place.
1. Is the Free Spotter still the best thing?
2. Any other products I can order, and ship to China?
