Hi Guys
I've been using the above supps at the recommended amounts for just over a week now and although I'm really just starting to see nice positive results I've also just broken out with 2 massive zits.
One on my shoulder and one on my neck.
At my age I usually never get these type of skin problems.
These remind me of the time I ran a cycle of Mega TRN about 4 years ago (that stuff was nasty).
Big red angry mountain zits.
So my question is has anyone else had similar skin problems when using these 2 supplements?
The only other thing that I've recently added to my supplement stack is 7-keto DHEA. 160mg/day.
Now because these skin problems almost seem hormonal ,maybe this is causing the issue? :suspect:
