I haven't, but for what it's worth, There a place near me that offers it, the put a bunch of flyers in the gym and we have had 6 or 7 ppl sign up for there 3 session starter package of sorts and I think only 1 person kept going. The general consensus was that it's not really doing anything. This led me to start looking into it myself and I can't find much if anything that scientifically backs it up either. The ppl who like it I would have to guess it's placebo effect. The combination of no solid evidence coupled with everyone telling me it's not helpful was enough for me.
Edit, if it makes you feel good and it's not breaking your wallet then go for it. Even if it's placebo, if you think it makes you feel good it's no difference then someone going to get a regular haircut or a massage ect.
