any of yall use this?

I have played around with it. I don't know if it all that accurate but I think it would be okay to get an IDEA on when you need to time you injections.. now with that said, make sure you look at the half lives for the gear you are going to use, so you can get the timing right and keep a steady blood level.

i pretty much like that link for the half life of steroids , some mistakes there , like arimi half life , which is 2 days , but given there as 3 days , and ephedrine etc . but most of it is right .
