any ideas on a stregnth building stack for some one under 21

hi i am looking into a good stregnt building stack for football and am under the age of 21 so i was woundering what is effictive and safe??
 
PowerFULL+Cissus RX+Symmetry X+Cialabol
or
Activate+Rebound Reloaded+Lean Xtreme are the two I would suggest. How old are you?
 
yeah i plan on keeping my diet good.im pretty new to this and learning about it in school because i have a class on all of that good stuff so thanks for the ideas.
 
Probably not what you want to hear, but if these stacks don't seem to work, then it's because you need more good :burger:, :pizza: and :dl:. I know it's not as cool to not take that stuff, but in the end you're going to be saving a lot of money, which is nice at any age. I took some of those previously suggested products and didn't gain a lb. until I started eating more good stuff and working harder. Just my 2 cents....
 
i dont know if powerfull would help too much in this case. at 17, i dont see how that product would benefit you too much.

cissus may be worth it.

my suggestion: cee, cissus rx, lean extreme, green tea, some pre workout drink (xpand, ready 4 war, etc.)
 
Some kind of creatine product, cissus Rx, Multivitamin, maybe LeanXtreme, alot of protien and healthy food. I second the preworkout drink too.

make sure you rest your body too. I think taking the right amount of protien and eating a good amount along with a solid training program where you push yourself while keeping good form and getting enough rest will make you strong by itself. If you want to make weightlifting a serious hobbie get the basics down first.
 
As if it hasn't been stressed already...you need to eat bro. Eat good clean foods alot and all the time. At 17, your hormone system is running a thousand miles per hour begging for good nutrition. "Feed it and you will grow!!!!" Aside from a multivitamin, protein, and maybe creatine, supplements won't do you much good because of your optimized hormone levels right now. Use them and use them wisely. Diet is the foundation. If you have a strong foundation, your grow potential is, in theory, limitless. However, the weaker the foundation, the slower and smaller your physique progress will be. Learn from these boards and grow, don't live and learn. Take notice from all these people who have been where you are now.
