Any credit to this routine?

Replace spaces with periods.

Now I don't think for 1 second he really put on all that size in 28 days. Theres NO WAY!

But I've never heard of the type of routine he describes and I'm wondering if it could produce decent gains in comparisn to traditional routines/splits over a 2-3 month period?
 
Nobody seems to want to chime in on this.

So instead of you guys having to go check it out I'll post what it basically says do...

Full body workout twice a week
4-7 compound excersizes (bench, squats, rows, DL's, cleans etc...)
1 set to failure
5/5 cadence (5 seconds up, 5 seconds down)

I think it would be a shock to my body since I've never done anything like it.



Just realized maybe I shoulda put this in the training forum :happysad:
