Another SD cyle

chest and traps today

todays workout was great the best that i have had in awhile except for one thing. my shoulders started to hurt pretty bad during my sets. i started with decline bench today on my last set i was putting up 225x5. i was happy as hell but my shoulders started to hurt. i went to flat bench and was reppin 185x6 which is great i didnt go up but i could have if it wasnt for the shoulder. i went to do 225 but my shoulder was hurting to much when bringing the weight down so i stopped. my work out buddy wound up throwing up 275 today we couldnt believe it. we started sd at the same time and started at the exact weight but he is 2 " shorter than i am. after seeing him do that i had to do 225 again. i got it 2 times but like i said i had shoulder pain. incline i sucked at today usually i do it second so that might be why being that i did it 3rd but again shoulder problems. all in all i felt good today i'm up 6lbs from my start weight. my buddy is up 10 lbs he went up 3 lbs in 1 day and didn't drink much water or eat a whole lot today. my cocnclusion is 1. i have a faster metabolism so i will gain slower then he is and 2. he is a better responder to sd. i think that eating more is definitely adding on a little more weight. my goal to get 175 dosent seem too far away i really hope that i will hit it, that just gives me more motivation to do so. my question today is what can i do to help my shoulders i know ciscuss would work but by the time i get it it will be too late how about MSM? . i think that my shoulder problem is holding me back from getting even better gains. thanks in advance for the info it is greatly appreciated. as far as sides are right now i still have a little acne nothing too crazy, back pumps i do not have. my first week my trapz were reall sore for a week so i don't know if that is considered the back bumps that everyone is talking about. And my lips are real dry, im on an island with high humidity and they havent been chapped in a year so it must be the SD anyone else have theses sides? tomorrow is a rest day. ohh i didnt do legs today i didnt have enough time the gym was closing so i'll do them monday or tuesday.
 
I just got done with my SD cycle and I have the sam ecomplaint. I always got crazy pumps in my shoulders that burned like hell. My joints are so sore from this cycle but I put on 10 lbs and my strength is insane. Glucosamin/chrondritin did dick for me...and ive been taking it for over a month. IBuprofen is the only thing that takes the pain away for me. Stick with it and tough it out man....its def. worth it.
 
shoulders/triceps today

workout was good went up 5 lbs on lateral raises. got a real good pump in my triceps today. i didnt go up in weight but i had a pretty good pump. i bumped up the SD to 30mg so lets see what happens with this. this is my last week on SD. weight today was 172 so im up 7 lbs so far hopefully i can gain another 3 within this week. tomorrow is back/bi's
 
back/biceps today

felt a little stronger in back today and my pump in the biceps were good i couldn't do certain exercise for my 7-9 set since my bi's were so pumped, but standing cable curls did the trick. so far i've done pretty well with keeping the sides to a minimum i guess pre loading all the supps for 3 weeks does the job. tomorrow is a rest day.
 
alright i got a question. i just got some pheraplex in, and i was thinking about running 2 weeks of it at the end of my 4 week SD cycle. i'm taking leave late march and i wanted to gain as much mass as i could before i went home. now if i do the pheraplex i will have done a 6 week cycle then i will do a 6 week pct then go home right after that. is this a bad idea? is it just a waste of time to just do PP for 2 weeks at the end of a 4 week SD cycle?
or i can just cut the SD out tomorrow and i will have ran it for 3 and a half weeks and i can the PP for 3 weeks, and do a 6 and a half week cycle. but i dont know if that is too much on my liver. i ran a dbol only cycle about 6 months ago for 6 weeks by itself but i really didnt know what i was doing at the time. i ran a pct and all but i think dbol by itslef was a waste of time. i had gotten my liver values and cholesterol check and they were all good. is SD and PP more harsh on your liver?
 
6 weeks of orals won't kill ya. not sure which way will work better though. just make sure you have nolva ready to roll when PCT hits.

chest/traps

todays workout was pretty good. the strength is still there and all but im getting pains in my elbows and shoulders i don't know if it has to do with dry joints or something so before i go to the gym i'll take some naproxen for the pain and im going to order some cisscus to see if that helps. I think thats going up to 30mg of SD was basically a waste of pills, my weight and strength stayed the same from when i was at 20mg but you never know until you try. my next SD cycle ( probably like 6 months) i will just keep it at 20mg throughout the cycle. ok im dropping the SD and starting 20mg of phera-plex tommorow to see how i react to that. so bascically im doing an SD, PP cycle now. My weight is 172 so we'll see if it increases any along with my strength. If it dosen't after 10 days im going to drop the PP and start my PCT which will be nolva/RXT/lean extreme. well thats all for now usually people do PP first then SD so it will be interesting to see what results i get. tomorrow is shoulders/triceps/legs its going to be a long night tomorrow. later

today was a good workout. strength is the same. shoulder hurt a litte bit but not as bad as yesterday.Ii took some naproxen before i went to the gym so that may have done the trick. i started my Phera-Plex today at 20mg nothing special i dont expect to see anyhthing due to the PP until sometime next week. didn't workout legs today cause i would have been in the gym forever but instead of doing back and bi's tomoorw im gonna do legs and bi's. i missed legs last week so im definitely doing them this week. im going to post up some pics of my 3 weeks of SD.

legs/bi's

workout was pretty damn good today. i never had a pump in my legs like today before. i put 245 on the smith machine for squats today and pushed out 10 of them. thats way more then i've ever done. bi's was pretty good too had an insane pump but it was diffrent today cause it didn't limit me from doing more sets, sometimes it hurts to where i cant do anymore sets. so today was my second day of PP. my weight is up to 173.3 so im up almost 9 lbs. i really hope that this PP dosent make me bloat thats the only thing im worried about. I would say that SD is a good cycle to do to get ready for summer i hope the same is for PP being that im in guam and summer is all year round. tommorow is a rest day.
 
back/abs

today is day 4 of my PP. workout was good no strength increase my weight was down to 172.6. i'll weigh myself friday and i bet it will be back up there. so far i'm just a lttle oily on my back. i don't know how long it takes PP to kick in hopefully it will by the end of the week. tomorrow is chest and traps.

today was a good workout my shoulder feels a little better. it definitely hurts more on decline though. repped 185x7 today on flat and on incline i got 165x7,and i could have gotten at least one more. traps was good too i did reverse shoulder shrugs on the smith machine, havent done those in a while. tomorrow is an off day.
 
shoulders/triceps

today was the best workout i've had in a couple weeks. i felt atronger on both shoulders and triceps and had a pretty good pump. also my weight was up at 173.7 so i think that the phera-plex is starting to kick in. My diet and sleep has been a little messed up for the past couple of days because my shift just got switched so everyhting was thrown out of wack but tomorrow i should be alright and get in all the calories/carbs/protein that i need. tomorrow is legs/biceps my workout will be at 10am instead of 730pm due to my schedule change we'll see how that goes.
 
Good job man. I just started my cycle, and I look a bit better than you do naturally (not much my back and arms look bigger) but if i end up where you have gotten thus far i'll be very happy.

yeah man my arms are pretty week. but hopefully your a good responder to sd. if you are you will definitely be happy with the results. once i'm done with the phera-plex i'll post those pics up. good luck with your cycle bro.
 
Yeah you have definately done pretty good for yourself. I payed 30 bucks a bottle for my SD, and i'm into it at day 6 now...

Your shoulders improved very much, as I have noticed that same with myself thus far. Of course 6 days in i'm noticing only a little vascularity and muscular hardness. It also seems as though my pumps from my workouts last for 24 hours lol.
 
yeah bro, going into my 3rd week i took a pic and thats when i really noticed the diffrence i was like holy **** this stuff really works. its crazy that you can get such good results in 3 weeks. the only thing is are the results going to stay?? i guess we'll see
 
legs/abs

did these yesterday strength was great on the leg presses but i felt really winded after doing my workout. I felt like i just ran a mile after every set i guess that the PP. i'll be doing back and bi's in about 30 min.
 
back/bi's

workout was good my weight is flutuacting up and down but its not ruining my mentality on my workouts. i think im going to bump te PP to 30mgs and see how that works. i give it another week, so far im not impressed my weight has been the same and strength has been the same for the past 2 weeks. im on day 9 of the PP so i fiugured it would have kicked in by now but i've also heard people say they didnt see anyhting until weeks 2 but who knows. i did run the SD first and i was happy with those results. tomorrow is a rest day.
 
I have some PP on the way and I have 2 bottles of ErgoMax LMG...everyone seems to say that you should run SD last but my PP didn't come in time for that and I wanted to start :) We seem to be about the same body type, body fat etc so i'm keep checkin this out and when the end of week 3 comes I may go ahead and run PP. Today is week 2, day 1 and I bumped to 30 mgs what do you think about this??
 
Also did you run creatine on cycle? I have quit taking my monohydrate and I plan on doing green bulge and white blood combo when I start my PCT...
 
your plan looks pretty good. some people need more than others i have done 1-AD before and some dianabol so my body is a little more used to PH's and aas. i didnt see much of a diffrence when i bumped the SD to 30mg but you might everyones body is diffrent. so far i feel that the PP has been a waste but i just bumped it to 30mg so we'll see if that does the trick. if i don't see anyhting by thursday, which will be the end of week 2 of PP then i'm going to stop it and go straight into PCT. I'm not taking creatine right now but i will be taking Xceed in my PCT i feel that it is a waste to do on cycle and you might as well cycle off the creatine for 4-6 weeks then start back up in PCT.

i was goign to workout chest and traps today but i pushed it back tuill tomorrow so i can workout with my buddy so i have a spotter cause im off tomorrow. anyway workout was great today i felt really good in the gym and felt a little bit stronger. my tricep workout was also pretty good i did an extra 2 sets on triceps cause i was feeling the weights today. i think bumping the PP up to 30mg might be helping. today was my 3rd day on 30mg. weight was 173 and that was at 11am after only 1 meal i usually weigh myself at 730pm cause that was when i used to go to the gym but my work schedule has changed. I know weighing yourself at night isnt your true weight but im not gonna lie, i like to do it then cause you alwasy weigh the most after a full day. but 173 in the morning is good with me. tomorrow i will be hitting chest and traps and will be going to the gym at 730pm cause i'm off work tomorrow.
 
chest/traps

today was probably my best workout since on cycle. the pumps in my chest were insane. i hit db for chest and hit 90x6 no problem on flat, 75x7 for incline and 85x7 for decline then busted out some flies. i definitely felt great in the gym today. did some traps nothing crazy there just did 6 sets. but still felt strong. tomorrow is a rest day.
 
back/'bi's/abs

workout was good today nothing special i worked out today at 11am instead of my usual 730pm workout due to work so i was tired when i went in there but still got some good pumps. sunday will be my last day on PP so my cycle is almost at an end. I got some nolva,rxt,lx. so i should hopefully keep my gains. tomorrow is chest and legs.

workout was pretty good today, this was my 2nd day on cee so we'll see if i notice anyhting by next week. my strength is still there but its only like day 2 of my pct. all in all toaday was a good workout. tomorrow is shoulders/triceps
 
update while in pct

i'm almost done with the first week of my PCT. so far everything is good strength is still there. i wasnt feeling so good in the gym today but it didnt seem to effect my workout. im taking 3ml of liquid nolva right now, 25mg of rxt and 150mg of lean extreme. i'm putting the nolva into about 5 ounces of water to get it down. that stuff is awful. well thats all for now i'll give another update next week.

weekly update:

so far everyhting is running smooth. my strength has stayed the same pretty much. today i actually got 9 reps 0n 185 for flat bench bb. thats the most i've ever got so i was pretty stoked. legs are getting pretty strong too i've been concentrating on them alot. my weight is 172 so i lost like 1 pound, not to schabby. my diet has been ok i'm still eating clean but once in a while i miss a meal. the nolva and rebound seems to be doing the trick though. once i'm done with my pct i'm going to start a powerfull cycle to still maintain my gains and maybe trim up a little bit. well thats it for this week..late
 
alright my PCT is over. weight is at 170 in the morning and on the last day of my cycle it was 173 at night. so i'd say i lost about 2lbs. not too bad so over all gain is about 7lbs. im running powerfull right now and cee so i hope to keep all my gains for the next coule of months until i do my next cycle. i'm taking this week off lifting since i havent taken a week off in over 6 months. next week i will start my albuterol at 12mg a day split into 3x a day. i'll do that for only 2 weeks. i was wondering being that i'm taking this week off of lifting can i do cardio or will that defeat the whole purpose of giving your body a rest? i never do cardio so i want to start doing for the next 2 months.
 
I went to the hospital today and had them take some blood to check my HDL, LDL levels, check the liver and check how much test im producing naturally. i fiugured its 4 days after i finished my pct it would be a good time to check and make sure everything is running right. i should have the results in about 2 weeks. I'll post the results and that will be the conclusion to this log. just want to say thanks to everyone that helped me out with this cycle.

so my resluts cae back pretty damn good looks like the PCT i did brought everything back to normal. well thats the end of it all for this cycle hope some of you guys learned something from it.
