The compound in it (4ad) is good to stack with m1t, but that product itself will have terrible biovalability. Go with 4derm from Dermabolics.

You'd be better off with a transdermal 4-AD. Check out Custom Nutrition Warehouse's T-4 gel--you'll get much better results.

The bioavailability of it is so low, you'll have to dose easily upwards of 1200mg to get much of anything out of it.

However, the amount listed on the label can be trusted; Ergopharm has a solid reputation for good product.

Transdermal is much much better, but the Ergopharm is proabably the best oral you can find.
