hey guys running a cycle of var and am planning on splittin the dose 20mg in the morinin then another 20 8-10hrs later just wanted to know should it be taken b4 or after a meal not sure bout taken it on an empty stomach as i have ulcers and a bit iffy bout that....which would be the best way all help is much appreciated cheers Bizza
