Currently finished 1botlle solo running,i put 2 kilos with proper diet,do you think starting second bottle? probably stacking with something else for better results..or starting something new that worth trying
 
I absolutely recommend you running at least 3 bottles for the full experience. If you are looking for something to stack it with, M-Test (also from CEL) goes really good with it.
 
run it as a base .. and then you can continue to try products on top of it .. but yes 3 bottles min .. your just getting to the good part of gains if you finished 4 weeks .. dont stop imo
 
I've run Anabolic Effect every year for a 12 week block the last several years. I've stacked it with Anabolic XT and really liked that. I've also used Mtest several times with it too. All good. Alpha One would be another good option.
 
Anabolic Effect really kicks in best around week 3 and gets better by the week.

I would use at least 3 bottles for maximum benefit; most people do 4 or 5.

If I were picking just one thing to stack it with, it would be Anabolic XT. They make for a great stack.

Other good options that you can include would be M-Test, BASIS, Alpha One, or Pepti-Bolic.

Everything posted is already good lol. I love Anabolic Effect and Anabolic XT but as mentioned above, I agree with the consensus that you should run it at least 2 months. if you can afford it, I'd grab two more bottles and keep the gravey train going.

Steven mentioned M-Test and Alpha One which are two of my favorite overall supplements for general feelings of substantial T. Good mood, good energy in the gym, recovery, libido. They're just good male supplements in my opinion and I have both right now actually.

But 2 things I didn't see anyone mention are Phosphatidic Acid XT and XPG Carnitine. Currently I'm stacking both with M-Test. I like phosphatidic acid xt for overall muscle firmness and fullness 24/7. Like the other products, you really should give it a minimum 2 month run IMO. by week 3 or 4 its like walking around with nearly a muscle pump most the time.

I also like carnitine for it's potential fat burning assistance, endurance assistance, and improved vascularity. so for me here's why I like these stacked:

Anabolic Effect = sleeper gym helper, PR setter, strength grabber
M-Test = morning wood that wakes you up
Phosphatidic Acid = Pumps, fullness
XPG Carnitine = fat burning, endurance inducing, and vascularity that makes women throw their panties at you.


if you don't like women throwing panties at you, then you should avoid these products. Also Alpha Gel makes my voice deeper. I have to bat my wife away with a stick half the time when I'm on it.

You're in for a ride. Run it at least 3 months, it gets better and better.
 
I gotta try XPG L-Carnitine, I've only used LCLT orally.
yeah I first got on carnitine from redcon 1. their flavored stuff was great, I think like 1500mg and I believed it to have been a good contributor to my cut. I tried more, and I tried other brands, all the way to like 5000mg and eventually I realized they all were hard on the gut. people complain about diarrhea a lot with oral carnitines. with the xpg carnitine a smaller dose is a lot more effective, IMO, zero gut issues and better pumps if taken preWO. I tend to take mine in the morning instead though because if I'm not carbed and electrolyted enough when I hit the gym (which is a bad excuse anyways) it hits HARD. being fell fed and well hydrated with 2 pumps of the xpg carnitine preWO always seems to have noticeable impact for me.

what happens is it creeps up on you and around weeks 3/4 you realize that your work capacity seems a bit higher, your strength a notch higher, your gym sessions lasting a bit longer. it feels very natural, you don't like take the supplement and 5 minutes later put on your cape and fly around the city. But once you realize it's having a positive impact, you're approaching the end of the bottle and thats why people suggest just planning for a 2-3 month run.

when I come off it for a while, because occasionally I'll raw dog life and run zero supplements thinking "maybe these are in my head" suddenly I become a normal middle class dude, less fire, energy, lower quality workouts, less endurance and capacity. XT and Effect are weird little supplements that work quietly in the background with great results, IMO.
 
I’ve been on a long run of AXT/AE and it has treated me very well. Great strength gains, very full muscles, Recomp effect, just feel good in the gym. I’m thinking my run has been at least 6 months probably somewhat close to a year. AXT/AE is a great stack i’d run it at least 3 month. Other things you could throw in Basis, Alpha One, Prime, all great to stack. I usually run PA and M-Test during Fall/Winter, can’t go wrong with any of them.

I ran M-Test and Optimize T as a stack and some great things were happening. I think you should experiment find out what works for you. Still itching to try Pepti Bolic but Basis came back into stock. I would say some are my favorites but they’re all my favorites in different ways. I’m running AXT/AE, Basis, A1, and Lean Edge right now, trying to peel down before summer.

Is that transdermal Carnitine?
 
The ONLY way to make L-carn better than XPG's td gel would be injecting... but damn, the PIP is hellish :ROFLMAO:
if you're willing to inject, get yourself some at MAresearch and enjoy it... but XPG's td gel is the best of both worlds: more effective than oral and no PIP, right "in between oral and injectable"

Had a gym break of just over a month, didn't get my calories in most of the time and lost 4-5kg over that time so I thought I should give this stack a try to get back quicker

That's a solid set up! Truthfully you can't go wrong when you run AE and Anabolic XT. It would be interesting to see if you have bloodwork done at the beginning and end of that run to see what your test levels were.

I've never used Cloma, but the rest of those are going to be a good stack. stay consistent and my guess is you'll probably notice it faster than week 3. For one thing thats like a libido super pack so that might even be annoying tbh, but by week 3-4 I bet you notice strength and capacity improvements in the gym. What I notice bigly on the anabolic effect or anabolic XT is that my gym sessions are longer. when I'm off them, but doing well, I can knock out most of my lifting in 45-60 minutes. But when I"m on them after a few weeks I find myself doing more reps, more sets, and probably going 60-90minutes+ on the lifting just cause its fun when time allows.

So far not much to notice when it comes to libido but that could be because I'm consuming Muscle Addiction - Pump Addict Ultra Hardcore like 6/7 days a week since 2 months or so which has kanna in it.
I feel like I'm a little fuller already but can't tell for sure. Pumps are up for sure, that's 100%.
This is a 3-4 months run and still early - There sure will be more to report when I'm more weeks in. I ordered some CEL Stano-Plex to add to this run. 3 bottles.

anabolic effect is a subtle thing that you notice when you look at your logs and realize you're actually consistently hitting heavier weight or more volume with great recovery and your sessions are somehow getting longer because you find you have more work capacity. its not something I take and then "feel" like I need to go out and pick up a car, but I see it around weeks 3-4 where my sessions are consistently more impressive.

yeah I feel like I've cut down about 50%. I could swear I was at like 23 at one point. right now is:

1 epiandro
3 m test
3 phosphatidic acid xt
3 anabolic xt

twice a day. but I am using xpg carnitine and epiandro, so the TD helps eleviate some capsules.
 
I take 9 caps AE/day. 6 preworkout and 3 later. Currently on 7 caps AXT daily but thinking of upping that to 8 caps.

My foundational stuff on top of the 24 pills mentioned earlier would end up being around 40 a day. I don't know that I can go back. I'd rather just douse myself in some XPG gel products to offset it hahahah
 
Right now I take 5 caps fish oil a day, Magnesium Glycinate, 3 caps Saw Palmetto, 3 Caps Tumeric, 3 caps SJW, 4-6 Lean Edge, 6 AXT, 6 AE, 4 Basis, 8 in my Myogenix multi pack, at night 3 ZMA, 1 Melatonin, 1 Bacopa, 3 BP pills a day. It gets old taking that many pills especially first thing getting up in the morning. I’d really like to see Steve’s stack.
 
Meh... let's just say ALOT. Taking handful of pills doesn't bother me one bit. I really don't see the big deal. Like Steve i dole them out in bulk. That's the big pain in the ass

I'm about to start my last bottle of AE of a 3 bottle run. Stacked with AXT and Mtest. I'm considering running 9 caps for the last few weeks instead of 6. Have you tried different dosing? I'm debating 3/3/3, 5/4, or 6/3. I workout in the morning.

I workout in the morning as well. I've only done 6 caps 5am and 3 caps 5pm.

I think that you misinterpreted what he said.

I believe that English isn't his first language. He's a very nice and informative poster.

He meant he was 3 weeks into a 3 to 4 month run, so it was still early.

makes sense thank you sir I wish him great results on his journey i may start taking these supplements if they are as good as people mentioned im seeing alot of positive comments
