I know we would all like to think there is no such thing as over training..... There is such thing as using up all your natural testosterone and growth hormone and working out again before your body fully replenishes its hormone levels. If your on gear then you are all good no worries but if your not you should most def pay attention to your natural hormone levels. This is the question I have for anyone who uderstands this.
I like to workout every other day as I am an ectomorph and if I workout everyday or 6days a week I will just burn way to many cals and stay skinny fat because my metabolism is so fast I burn everything I eat so not much to work with to gain and on top of that I have no natural hormone levels because I have used them all up so I stay skinny and get belly pudge. Working out every other day has help me change my body a LOT compared to a 5 or 6 day a week workout. If I am working out two times in a day am and pm is my pm workout useless because I have used all my natty test up and gh?
