All you can eat buffet counts as multiple meals?

Hello people,

I've been bulking for the last 6mo. Because I work near a buffet,me and my coworker go to lunch there alot. Everytime i'm at the buffet I practically stuff myself.

I hear lot of advice about 5meals spaced through out the day.
I practically have no time at work to eat 5meals so the local buffet would seem the best & cheapest way for me to get all my meals in.

I was wondering if this is good for my body since alot of the food will sitting at one setting. I'm afraid it might be stored fat. Understand that i'm still bulking.
 
No, not good. Search around and learn why you should have 5-7 smaller meals a day and how this affects your metabolic rate among many, many other things. This is a basic bodybuilding concept, and one you should know. Try alternatives like bars and shakes at work if you need convenience.

That's exactly what I do......I wish I'd bought Stock in EAS Already mixed drinks and Bars.
 
This stuff does get expensive I use 5 pounds of protein every 15 or 20 days and bars at whatever rate i can afford them.
 
good advice beefy......
eating a big meal like this is gonna slow down your metabolism and also probably make you tired......

most of that **** you eat is gonna be stored as fat 'and it's probably mostly carbs...so unless you wanna bulk up fat then stick with the meal every 2 or 3 hrs rule.
