albuterol tolerance

I just started taking albuterol last week at 4mg a day three times a day. At first it really had me wired. I am pretty sensitive to stims so that didnt surprise me. What does surprise me is that by day 4 I could fall asleep in it. I dont feel stimulated at all. Would I have built tolerance that fast? I do have keto but it was my understanding that wasnt needed until a couple weeks in. any thoughts appreciated.
 
Try taking a few benedyl when you go to sleep at night. It will help off set building a tolerance to the stimulant.
 
I wonder if ketofen (sp) would also help in this regaurds like it does with clen.
 
I have keto onhand and will give that a shot starting tonight. I thought I wouldnt need to use it until a couple weeks in but who knows lol.
 
I only ask as for the first few days I felt very wired and I am usually very very sensitive to any stimulant. I almost get the opposite effect by day 4 which is sleepy. Kind of odd. I dont doubt its working I just find the effect to be odd. I am going to try keto starting tonight.

They are both anti-histamines. They'll do the same thing. Diphenhydramine is cheaper and more readily available.
 
I'm dosing at 12mg a day right now and im still shaky as hell after 3 days. I''ll be intersted to see if it goes away. I may increase my dosage to 14 tommorrow though. I'll let you know.
 
A little tip: Take 2 to 3 diphenhydramine (25mg each) before bed. It'll help you sleep and stave of the tolerance you're building and help you sleep better too.
 
after going up to 14mg I decided I am definetly gonna stay at 12 split into three doses. Atleast for the rest of this week. Had some anxiety issues at 14. Dropped the dosage back down and it went away.
 
so how much fat would you say you lost from using the albuterol? before and after pics or stats? Im just trying to get an idea of what i have to look forward to when mine gets here
 
okay.....i was not seeing any abs what so ever before my two week cycle with albuterol. Now after 2 weeks on it and it only i can see a 4 pack....I'm on Vaca. right now so I can't supply any pics

Thanks for the reply,So i take it there was no cardio too then since your on vaca. even if you were doing minimal cardio thats pretty impressive to see those kind of results in 2 weeks. Nice. what a dedicated member, on vaca and still makes time to check the boards lol. rep points for you buddy! :)
 
I appreciate the appreciation....the truth is I've become a board junky here and I get the shakes if I don't check it at least once a day or so. Or maybe that's the caffeine......?
