AI on TRT unclear. Help?

So I believe I’m getting instructions with my shipment of meds but I’ll be taking 200-210mg of cyp per week. I’d rather dose 100mg Monday then once on Thursday. How much Arimidex should I take? I know it’s strong as hell. I don’t want too much estro because I get all emotional and manic, and not too little from crashing it for obvious reasons. With that kind of dosing what do you think my protocol should look like? I’ll also be getting HCG and DHT blockers but I’m waiting for the shipment as the instructions are supposed to be in the box. Any help here?

Honestly I think that you don t need AI on 200mg dose of test, maybe if you are super estro sensitive. My advice is to do bloodwork right before you start trt dosing and after 6 weeks check again your e2 levels and if results show high estrogen add some Arimidex, generally most of the guys using 0.5mg EOD on 500mg test per week, so dosing on 200mg don t know, maybe 0.25-0.5mg e3d.

Let bloodwork and symptoms be your
guide. If you experience symptoms such as itch or puffy nipples or water retention jump on an AI. Run The Estradiol Sensitive test which is specialized to measure estradiol in men 4 to 6 weeks after starting your trt. If it comes back 42 or higher ask your doctor if you should begin a SMALL dosage of Arimidex or if you should just consider the alternative to just continue to monitor Estradiol if experiencing no symptoms of high e. Between 20 to 30 on the Estradiol Sensitive test is what most trt clinics shoot for, but don’t obsess over the numbers, but rather how you are feeling is most important and the primary goal of trt. I have an Estradiol that is slightly high at nearly 40 on the Labcorp Sensitive test when taking 200 mg of test once a week (splitting the dose and injecting twice a week would lower this), but don’t take an AI cause I have no symptoms and feel fine without one. Bottoming out estrogen can actually cause as many if not more problems as high estrogen in terms of achy dry joints and how you are feeling. Is this dr supervised trt or self guided?

Dr supervised but my clinic is in Pittsburgh and I’m 4 hours away.
