Advice on Multivitamin Supplementation

I am posting this thread to get you guys advice on the best multivitamins to take. I was currently taking the Animal Pak and now I'm thimking about switching......too many pills!

If your reaally want to cover all the bases and then some, LEF's life extension mix is the absolute best, but it is very pricey.

I have taken animal pak for YEARS. It doesn't even feel like alot of pills to me anymore. I mean I add pills to it when I take it. And if you get it from a decent place online it's like 20 bucks for a 30 pak, can't beat that. Bevery also makes a very solid one, but it's alot of pills, similar to animal paks.

This are two formulations that I like very much and have used that made me feel good.

I have also used Beverly International's Super Pak, Animal Pak, and ABB Hardcore Pak. However, if you are trying to get away from paks then search the above 2.

Ay cuz, you can look into Activites from MHP too. Two of my boi's at World's have been on them for a while and they love 'em.
