Additions and tips for my andro run

Running all OL epi and 1 andro as well as sup3r 11. Do I need to take the andros with a fat containing meal? And are there any other compounds you think I can add in for this run? Or would that be overkill for a lean bulk/recomp
 
How long are you going to run them?

At what doses?

No you don't NEED to take them with a fat containing meal. It's preferred, but won't matter.

I'm guessing you already have a SERM and AI on hand right?
 
I have enough for 8 weeks of 330mg of 1 andro and 1000mg of epi. I think I'll actually run it 6-7 weeks and increase dosage to 440 and 1250.
I have pharm Clomid and exem on hand. Don't think I'll need the ai until pct since its a dry run. Will let sides dictate.
I'm open to suggestions on adding other compounds, nothing too harsh.
 
And is a few fish oil caps or a scoop of pb sufficient? Or higher fat content? I plan on splitting doses up as much as possible throughout the day, unless you guys have other recommendations

What's your cycle history?

I wouldn't do that but it's ultimately your decision. Sometimes andros really don't kick in until 5-6 weeks. I would stick with 330/1000 for all 8 weeks. I'm betting that if you don't experience lethargy/libido loss with 330, you will on 440 and won't have enough of a base to cover it. Even at 1250 of the EPI.

I'm 99.99% sure you will not need your AI at all. Nothing your running aromatizes to e2.

That's fine, but I wouldn't worry about it. I've taken them on an empty stomach.

I split my doses as follows

7am 110/250
3pm 110/500 (preworkout dose)
11pm 110/250
 
Ok, so you know how 1 andro treats you then. What dosing did you run when you did 1/4?

Did you have any sides?

I see you ran msten and DMZ so this should be a safe mild one for you.
 
No sides on 1 and 4 at 330mg. Is there anything you think I can throw in for some extra mass on this dry run? I know this will be a mild hardening cycle, which im only look for a few lbs of quality gains for summer, while getting a little leaner

With the goal of just a few lbs and hardening I wouldn't add anything. 8 weeks of that should produce desired result.
