Anyone else ever have an ACL reconstructed? Mine was 11 years ago and sometimes gets super tight and feels like it might pop again. I’m pretty sure tearing it in the first place had to do with either quads too strong or hams too weak or some bizarre combination and I’m sure I’m recreating the issue but I don’t know. Anyone have any thoughts? I do know when the teardrop muscle gets weak, I get a significant amount of pain. Being that I haven’t squatted in about 2 weeks and only doing glute bridges and other glute/ham work, that’s acting up.
