Our gym has a new trend of trainers showing clients how to do a 40 minute ab routine on the the flat benches, very very very annoying - 'somebody gonna get hurt really bad'.
I found a new way to annoy people "you mean occupy a machine and talk about how drunk we go last night" "no, better" "you mean better than flexing in front of the dumbells into he mirror?" "even better!, curling in the squat rack!"
