8 Lbs. in 1 day

I am currently on day four of 10 mg M1T/ 600 mg 4AD. Yesterday I woke up and weighed in at 221 lbs. 6'4. After a 13 hr. shift at work I got home weighed myself again and to my suprise I weighed 229 Lbs. Is it possible to gain that much water weight in one day? Of course I eat like a freakin horse while on cycle. I drank around 1 1/2 gallons of water. Whats the deal?
 
That is alot......but I guess it is possible, if you ate and drank that much.....your body weight will fluctuate, so it's better to weigh yourself in the morning after your first bowl movement.

I know I've gained about that much in a day with lots of food/h2o.
 
Is this your first cycle of M1t?
All i'd say some is water some is muscle, some is just food.
1.5 Gallons of water, then most is probably water.

How long were your previous cycles?
I'd say 70% of the weight is water. M1T promotes muscle growth almost immediately.

Doesnt water weight like 8lbs per gallon ?

If its anywhere around there then its believable, I gain a pound sometimes after I gulp down a big glass so with all the water retention from m1t (something with the kidney i read PA say in a thread one time) should be possible.
 
My first was 3 weeks. Second cycle was 4. This cycle will be another 4 weeks. My goal at the beginning of the cycle was to reach 230 lbs. Now I will shoot for 235. We'll see.
 
Daily weight can fluctuate between 5-10 pds. between morning and night. Try to weigh at the same time every day, preferebly after your morning bathroom break and base increases from that weigh in.

Keep in mind that water weighs 7 pounds per gallon. If you drank 2.5 gallons, that would be 17.5 pounds, plus you ate a lot. Then you pissed out a lot of water- took one or two dumps, so there are a lot of variables here.
 
I agree with Jedi... when bulking, I gain around 10-15 lbs of waterweight during my workout. Too many variables.
 
Re m1t increases aldosterone

Oh so m1t increases aldosterone that would make sense for the water retention in a non aromatizing product...but how does it increase aldosterone via the renin-angiotensin mechanism or some other way?
 
I weighed myself the night b4 i went to bed 219,

i woke up pulled 85 lbs for 1.2 miles, had a few gulps of water, went and obliterated chest, then weighed 211
your weight will fluxuate like a sumbitch.
i know all of my losses were water, although i wish it was fat.
i choose not to be misled into thinking any different than the truth.
i lost 8 in one day
 
Take a look at my cycle log in the cycle forum.

On Saturday I weighed 175 in the morning. On Monday I weighed 182 in the monring, 188 in the evening. I weighed 183 in the morning on Tuesday and 190 in the evening. On Wednesday morning I weighed 185 in the evening I weighed 193. I forgot to weigh myself this morning.

However, as you can see weight will fluctuate greatly throughout the day. 1 gallon of water weighs 8 pounds. Most of your food weighs more than you realise. If you eat some food, drink a bunch of water, and then don't go to the bathroom, the food doesn't just become weightless; it's still in you and it still weighs the same.
