.5ml = X mcg

There are a few mixed answers on the board and I was hoping to get a group concencus here. I've heard .5ml = 60 mcg, and someone yesterday said 100. I would rather not overdose, can a few people verify for me? I've searched for a conversion chart but can't seem to find one.

It all depends on what the product you have is dosed at. I assume you are talking about Clen but we need to know what the bottle says the mcg/ml are.
 
Thanks, this in regards to PN's clen: 200mcg/ml

I was just told that the 5 squirts (.5ml) = 100 mcg
