Anyone try ostarine at this dose? Just watched a vid about Coach Trevor dosing sarms really high; he said LGD and Rad 140 gave him crazy results while running trt; but 100mg of ostarine daily didn't give him the same effect. Wondering if running 50mg was any better than 25mg or just a waste of time?
 
i disagree. Osta at 25mg as a stand-alone will be mostly useless and leave you unhappy with the results. People have to stop living 5 years ago where almost every sarms were sparked with something lol. 25mg of pure osta won’t give you significant results. I would never use osta alone anyways, I would stack it cause it’s where it CAN shine
 
Btw I’m not saying you should go for higher, I’m just saying 25mg of osta won’t do ****
 
@Old Witch took something like 45-50mg Osta daily and was pretty pleased he said. Also mentioned ~25mg EACH Osta & LGD stacked surprised him how much he enjoyed it - he liked that better than the higher solo Osta as I recall.

300 Labz has some very high mg capped products, but no idea if they’re legit or not. I wouldn’t want to deal with as much alcohol every morning as it would take the way most RCs are dosed - not messing around with 5cc every damn morning!

Probably easier to order raws straight from China for personal research use (not illegal) and weigh out/cap your own once and be done with it. FOR RESEARCH.
 
I’ve gone up to 60mg (66 actually) osta. IMO 25mg Lgd and 45mg osta beats 60mg osta by far. I wouldn’t go under 40mg osta personally and I wouldn’t use any sarm solo. Period.

what was the difference say using 25mg vs 60mg of ostarine? I'm running test so was thinking about jacking the dose high; my second week on ostarine and to be honest not very pleased; had better results on week and a half running s4 at 50mg a day, pumps, strength, ligament improvement etc.
 
The difference is like the difference between drinking water and dying of thirst. One is working and the other isn’t. 25mg osta is 100% worthless.

I think it helps. I was training legs 3x a week for and when I added 10mg Osta knees seemed to feel better. When I dropped it things began catching back up with me some.

If you’re trying to use it to make gains or cut, I’d say there’s better options even just looking at SARMs. 5-10mg Osta stacked in for a couple training blocks to help joints tho, I can see that being nifty. The way people use very low dose deca (which is actually bad for joints longterm it turns out, but they feel better with it at least).

10mg would be such the bare minimum I’d hardly expect it to add anything st all, big stack or not. It took a lot for it to seem to have an effect.
 
My joints felt great at 20mg. Going up from that didn't do much, but I tapped out at like 35mg.

I am 100% confident that my knees felt better on just 5mg even vs off. Gains, nothing noticeable. Joint comfort, yep.

Not me, must be user dependent. And I notice joint supplements. I have bad just about everything, shoulders, knees, wrists, hips. Elbows especially. I’m Old.
 
I’m going to run 60mg of tbol along with 25mg of Osta quite soon. My purpose is to help maintain my current muscle mass and keeping my recovery to a minimum while I drop my calorie intake and train for a marathon. Hoping these 2 stacked have a positive effect.

Well... really the best thing for me is some MSM and keeping estrogen higher than most with DHEA. Keeps the joints lubed. Glucosamine just gives me gas. MSM seems to be the only thing that has an effect for me, other than hormones which increase synovial fluid.

Take at least 10g beef collagen peptides daily. Goes great in coffee or your intra water (flavorless and very thin). Only thing shown in human studies to actually repair joints, not just decrease pain or inflammation. Will speed up how often you need a haircut I’ve found & how often you trim your toes, but worth it. Zammex on amazon is legit AF.

Boswelia Serrata and Curcumin are great anti-inflammatories & both found in Controlled Labs Health iQ. But there’s no bioperine in that so I take a cap of quality curcumin that has bioperine with iQ. So I get 500 Boswelia & a gram+ of curcumin daily.

Glucosamine, chondroiton, msm can help pain some (I get it in Orange Triad), as can hyaluronic acid. Animal flex has some of those. I have heard the PES joint supp is a really good all-in-one. True Nutrition’s J9 looks very solid as an all-in-one.

Get Diesel Diesel Joints is a terrific pain killer, but has aspirin in it. More for the grizzled veteran who needs something to train period, even if it inhibits gains. Would be good for long-distance running.
 
Yeah I tried boswellia and it didn’t do anything for me. I suck.

I drink a beef protein isolate which is packed full of beef collagen peptides, didn’t realize they were THAT good for joints. Do notice hair and nails. Long and sexy nails... hahahaha
 
adding in winny to this cycle at 25mg; anyone get joint discomfort running winny and osta together or did they feel better?
