50 and consistent

So I’m new here I use to lift a lot from the time I was 13 till around 28 really solid. I was about a 170 benching 295 just to give an example. So then married with kids and still did some lifting. Now fast forward to 50 been divorced for about 10 yrs battled a bad opiate addiction been clean from everything about 2 yrs now. I’m in the gym about 4 days and I look forward to it like when I was a teenager. I’ve been very consistent for a yr now. I changed my diet about 3 months ago trying to lose some weight. Im 5’5 and was 208 I’m down to 190 since early march. Been taking creatine for over 6 months getting around 180 to 220 grams of protein and drinking around 140 oz of water. Recently started taking about 300 mg of cypionate. Any tips or things I should do besides bloodwork. Ive already set up an appointment this week for that. A lot has changed back when I was really in it you had to get flex magazines I learned a lot from that Arnold’s bodybuilding encyclopedia and Wieders books as well. Thanks
