would it be better to run epi 5 or 6 week? 40/40/40/40/40 or 30/40/40/40/40/40

If you are running a straight cycle...then 5 week.
I would run 30,30,40,40,40...but its entirely up to you

I agree no need to start at 40mg I may even go 20/30/40/40/40. Make sure you run some Cycle Support and have a good pct and a SERM on hand at the least.
