I am going to take my first deload week using the 5/3/1 program. I use the blackironbeast site for calculations. I know this question is very generic, but which deload option is the best one? I hate to word it so broadly, but I went through them all and don't know which one to use. If it helps, I am still new to 5/3/1, only been using it for five or six months.
