40 mcg of Clen

at 9:00am this morning i took my first dose 40mcg of Liquid Clen. The plan is to follow this same dose for the next day, then increase by 20mcg.

How soon should you feel the effects of the drug?

Clen is generally something you can feel soon after taking it. At least the sides, shaking hands etc..

My RHR was 66 this morning at 9:00 AM. As of right now its about 70-72. Im using my HR as an indicator of appropriate dosage.

Should I increase the dose today? or wait until tomorrow?
