40/40/20 convert(i hope)..critique

ill have to tweak it so everything works.

ive already run into a bunch of problems i will probably have, like eating....i think im gonna blender my meals so i can just drink them.....at school and work, other times i will eat them...lol who knows.

already nervous about leg day and i havent even signed up.
 
gonno do it soon, mom needs more convincing. she thinks its stupid and i'd be wasting my money. ill work on it.
