4-ad decanoate question

does anyone know the dosing protocol for TLR's 4-ad decanoate? i'm totally clueless, looking for a conservative dose that would approximate 500 mgs of Test E/wk
 
I wouldn't see why you would dose any differently then for the cyp. If you really want to account for the heavier ester, then you can do that...but it really won't make alot of differnce. As for taking enough 4-ad to equal 500mgs test e/week. I say thats not a conservative dose...and good luck trying to get that equivilant. Its been bounced around here a little about "how much 4-ad = how much test". I will try to find the link for you.
As for dosing I would recommend 1200mgs to 2000mgs per week.
 
at 30% conversion rate, you would need approximately 2grams a week.

don't quote me on the 30% number. it's just what's been tossed around
 
oh, and then you could argue whether 4ad has intrinsic anabolic properties unconverted. i won't go into that........

4 ad dosen't come close to test at any dosage! :run:
 
thanks for the replies everyone..i think i'll follow the 2 gram/wk protocol. hell, if i get my test levels up to 2000 like supersoldier, i'd be pretty damn satisfied!
