Hello,

I am an amateur bodybuilder running my second cycle the cycle started at 300 test e 300 primo and 2 iu hgh i gradually increased the cycle to be 500 test 400 primo 30 var on training days only amd 2 iu hgh everything is fine my bloodwork came back clean no hdl or ldl issue even hematocrit was 48.8% the only thing that i didn't like is my e2 was 19 not bad but not the worse.

Recently i am facing an bp issue it happened only twice this week and once the week before (week 8 and 9) i felt very hot sweating alot and hard time breathing i check my bp it was 150/55 and the other time was 140/60 when it happens i drink alot of water 1L go to the bathroom then it will slowly come down to normal the next morning my bp will be 120/60 and i feel fine and the majority of the time my bp is around 120 i don't use any bp medication.

Please help me how can i solve the problem and i don't want it to happen again.

Those are BP spikes not chronic and those numbers are not high enough to make you feel the way you describe. I think the spike in BP is another symptom of whatever is causing you to feel that way not the underlying cause. Could be anxiety or panic attack which may or may not be caused by the gear. Others may have more insight here but I'd say take record of when this happens and take note of anything else going on at the time. There could be some external event triggering your issues or some pattern you're just not aware of yet. Also, are you getting kidney values and liver values measured? If not it would be worth having that done.

Thank you so much regarding my kidney and liver they are completely fine according to blood results

Then do you recommend seeking medical attention?

I would never tell someone to not seek medical attention if they think they need it but I don't think it's necessary right now. If your BP is usually in the optimal range and these spikes happen rarely then look for a pattern first. Also, check your BP throughout the day to see if it is elevated at other times that you just don't realize it. A doctor will only tell you to come off the gear first, especially if all your blood markers are good. If your kidney values elevate then you want to consider medical attention but even then you have to think of acceptable out of optimal ranges while on cycle.
